Business Details Fields

The Business Details section in Local Business Schema Pro is divided into four tabs. Each tab groups related fields to keep configuration clear, organized, and aligned with Schema.org requirements.

These settings extend Yoast SEO’s local business data and are used to generate accurate structured data for search engines.

Business Details

This tab contains the core identity and business metadata of your organization.

Organization Information

• Organization Name (required)
  The official name of your business used as the primary schema name.
• Alternate Name
  A secondary or commonly used name for your business.
• Email
  Primary business contact email address.
• Telephone
  Main business phone number. International format is recommended
  (e.g. +1-555-555-5555).
• Website URL
  The main website address of your business.
• Founding Date
  The date when the business was established.

Organization Types
One or more Schema.org organization or local business types that describe your business.

• Price Range
  Indicates the general pricing level of your business:
  • $ – Inexpensive
  • $$ – Moderate
  • $$$ – Expensive
  • $$$$ – Very Expensive
• Currencies Accepted
  Supported currencies (e.g. USD, EUR).
• Payment Accepted
  Accepted payment methods (e.g. Cash, Credit Card, PayPal).
• Languages Spoken
  Languages supported by your staff or business operations.
• Skills
  Key skills, services, or specialties offered.
• Number of Employees
  Total number of employees in the business.
• ISO 6523 Identifier
  Official organization identifier following the ISO 6523 standard.
• Tax ID
  Government-issued tax identification number.
• NAICS Code
  North American Industry Classification System code.
• Organization Logo
  Upload your official logo. If left empty, the WordPress site logo is used.
• Description
  A short description of your business for schema output.

Location & Contact

This tab defines where your business is located and how customers can contact you.

Address

You can add one or more business addresses.

• Street Address
• Apartment / Suite / Unit
• City
• State / Region
• Postal Code
• Country
• Latitude
• Longitude
• Map URL (e.g. Google Maps link)

Google Address Autocomplete
If enabled in plugin settings, a search field appears that automatically fills address data.

Contact Points

Define one or more contact points for your business.

• Email
• Telephone
• Contact Type
  (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support)
• Contact Options
  (e.g. Toll-Free, Hearing Impaired Supported)
• Languages Supported

Opening Hours

This tab defines when your business is open, including regular schedules and exceptions.

Regular Opening Hours

Add one or more entries per day.

• Week Day
• Opening Hour
• Closing Hour

Time format uses standard time input fields.

Special Opening Hours

Use this for holidays, events, or temporary schedule changes.

• Valid From
• Valid Through
• Opening Hour
• Closing Hour
• Day of Week

These values are output as specialOpeningHoursSpecification in schema.

Social Media Links

This tab lets you associate your business with its official social profiles.

Social Media Links

Add multiple profiles as needed.

• Platform
  (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Yelp, Website, and many more)
• Profile URL
  Full URL to the social profile.

Yoast SEO Integration

If social profiles are already defined in Yoast SEO, they are automatically imported and used as default values. You can edit or extend them here.
